Meet the Visionary team
When Matt met SJ in 2010, the pair instantly became best friends. Bonding over their love of banter and a glass of wine, they soon discovered they share the same strong business ethics and a mission to make the world a better place. Visionary Homes is estate agency done the Matt and SJ way.
Matt’s background in financial services, working for UK banks and later running his own IFA practice, has given him a client-first mindset and a deep insight into investment strategy.
His specialities are property portfolio development and land investment. He’s an expert at helping his clients turn underperforming assets into profitable ventures, always with a hands-on, ethical approach. Often frustrated by subpar contractors and third parties in the early days, Matt knows exactly the service his clients deserve and how to deliver it.

Samantha has deep-rooted experience in mortgages, lettings and property management. Initially working for a lettings agency, she soon branched out into mortgage advice and also runs an independent mortgage brokerage.
Known for being ten steps ahead, SJ’s strengths lie in her attention to detail and her solution-based approach. Combining practical know-how, financial insight and genuine care for her clients, SJ delivers results that high-street competitors simply can’t match.
